HORSESHOE LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION

MEETING MINUTES FOR FEBRUARY 19, 2022

Meeting was held at Restore Texas Ministries’ Chapel located
at 3126 State Highway 19 staring at 10am.

All board members were in attendance (Kevin Webb, Bebe Webb, Monte Robinson, and Debra Robinson).

The meeting was opened.

Minutes were passed out and the meeting attendees were given time to read the minuets. Monte Robinson made a motion to accept the minutes as written, and Peggy Brock seconded. Motion carried.

Financial records were presented. The records included all of the POA’s transactions from February 18, 2022 back to the opening of the account.

Open Forum

• Developer in the the subdivision is not putting in culverts.
  • Letter to be sent to find out who is responsible for the culvert installation.
  • Developer is also not repairing the ruts left from their sub-contractors leaving the road. These ruts are on others’ property.
  • Monte Robinson will communicate with the developer to address these issues.
• Monte Robinson will order new flags for the entrance.
• Security was discussed. Electronic gates discussed. Neighborhood watch discussed.

Old Business

• Gladys Dorman made a motion, seconded by Darlene Skaggs, to have residents to display a parking sticker. Motion did not pass.

Open Forum #2

• Questions were asked of Monte Robinson regarding the following:
  • How many house could be constructed in the future? Answer: 15 +/-.
  • How many people bought their leased lots? Answer: 2/3s +/-.
• There was some discussion on the civic club of Horseshoe.
• Linda Parsons asked about follow-up letters to violators.
  • Monte Robinson stated that he failed to send follow-up letters. He furthermore stated that he could not continue to fulfilled all of his duties as president due to time constraints and not actually living in the subdivision.

Announcements

• Monte Robinson and Debra Robinson are resigning from the board on March 26.
  • Monte suggested that elections be held on that same Saturday to replace the two departing members. Those assembled agreed.
  • Monte Robinson will send our postcards to let people know of the election.
• Next Meeting Scheduled March 26, 2022 at 10am at Restore Texas Ministries’ chapel.
