Election Notice

There will be elections held at the meeting held on March 7th, 2026, at 10:30 at the RTM building.

1. The positions up for Elections are President, Vice President and Secretary.

2. The current holders of those positions are willing and eligible to be re-elected.

3. Nominations will be accepted at the meeting. The person nominated must be there to accept the nomination,

4. If anyone wants to be considered for any of the positions, you may reply to the email that will be sent. Please do not reply to all… just reply to Frances.

5. You must be present at the meeting to vote. Our bylaws do not allow for Proxy voting for Board Elections.

6. You must be in good standing with the POA, meaning all dues and fees must be paid.

7. Background checks will be performed and must be passed by any new board members before they have signatory authority on the POA bank account.
