Hello Horseshoe Lake Property Owners.

Juan has moved the Board Member Election back one week to May 30, 2026, at RTM (our normal meeting venue) at 10:30 am.

When we selected the date, we were under the incorrect impression that the Memorial Day holiday weekend was the following weekend. In order to avoid the holiday weekend, we have moved it to Saturday the 30th of May. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The Ballots for the election have been sent via mail and is included here in this [web page, above] for your information. After the period for candidates to announce their intention to run for the 3 offices open for election (President, Vice President and Secretary) we had one candidate for each office confirm their intent as follows:

· President – Juan DeJesus
· Vice President – Steve Balsinger
· Secretary – Frances Ryan

Those names have been included on the ballot, and you may select to vote for them or not. You may also select to vote for none of them and select that your ballot should only count towards establishing quorum. Since no other candidates came forward no other selections can be made.

You will be able to vote in one of three ways.

· Attend the meeting on May 30th and present your ballot in person.
· By Mail to Horseshoe Lake Property Owners Association, 26 Horseshoe Lake Dr E, Huntsville, TX 77320 (absentee ballots – please see notice below *)
· Electronically via email by emailing to the Board Secretary, frances.ryan@comcast.net

We will be authenticating all ballots and the number of lots indicated on the ballot. These ballots will be counted at the Meeting and the outcome announced. If mailing or emailing your absentee ballot it must be received by 7 pm Central on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, to allow time to validate the ballots. Please let one of the board members know if you have any questions or require any assistance.

Thank you.
Juan DeJesus
