Hello Everyone,

There will be Board Member elections at our Annual Meeting to be held on May 23, 2026. Our previous election attempted on March 7, 2026, was disrupted so we are rescheduling it.

1. The positions up for Election are President, Vice President and Secretary.

2. The current holders of those positions are eligible to be re-elected. Linda Parsons has selected to not run for re-election for Vice President. The incumbents are Juan DeJesus as President and Frances Ryan as Secretary.

3. Nominations will be accepted by email to frances.ryan@comcast.net. Property Owners that are willing to serve on the board must notify Frances of their intent via email by 5PM Central on May 5, 2026.
4. After all candidate names are received, we will send out Ballots with the candidates listed. Further voting instructions will be provided at that time.

5. Anyone convicted in the last 20 years of a felony or a crime involving moral turpitude is ineligible to serve on the board (Texas Property Code 209.00591).

6. This notification will be mailed to all property owners, posted on our website at https://horseshoelakehuntsville.org/, and emailed to all Property owners that have provided their email addresses.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the May 23rd meeting.
